| Obverse description | Central stylised solar motif rendered as a raised boss with radiating curved arms in the Late Celtic artistic tradition, evoking a spiral sun or wheel symbol. Surrounding the central element are sweeping curved lines and crescent-shaped forms arranged in a dynamic, abstract composition filling the flan. Small annulet symbols appear in the lower field to either side of the central motif. The overall design reflects the characteristically fluid, non-representational decorative vocabulary of British Celtic coinage of the early first century AD. |

| Reverse description | A stylised griffin-like creature depicted in left profile, its head turned back over its body in a typical Late Celtic artistic convention. The creature displays a prominent raised S-shaped or sinuous tail and abstracted limb forms consistent with Cantian silver unit iconography. An abbreviated inscription appears below the creature in the lower field. The design is executed in the bold, abstracted style characteristic of the Cantii tribal coinage of southeastern Britain. |
