České Dukáty s.r.o. is a Czech private mint and collectibles house, not a monetary authority, so this piece carries no legal tender status anywhere. It was issued in 2022 as a solidarity item following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, printed by Státní Tiskárna Cenin — the genuine Czech state security printer responsible for actual Czech banknotes and official documents. That choice of printer is deliberate: STC's involvement lends the piece a production quality and material authenticity that most commemorative fantasy notes lack entirely.
Designer Eva Hašková's involvement places it within a tradition of Czech graphic arts applied to numismatic formats, though its collectible-only nature means condition varies widely since buyers treat these as keepsakes rather than specimens.
