| Obverse description | Helmeted head of Athena facing right, rendered in high relief in the Hellenistic style. The goddess wears a crested Corinthian helmet pushed back on the head, with the cheekpieces raised, revealing finely detailed facial features including a straight nose and sensitively modeled lips. Wavy locks of hair escape from beneath the helmet and fall along the neck. The portrait is set within a broad, plain field with no surrounding legend, filling the flan with confident, sculptural authority. |

| Reverse description | Nike, the winged goddess of victory, advancing to the left in a flowing draped chiton, her wings spread behind her. She extends her right hand forward to present a victor's wreath. In the left field, a pomegranate — the civic emblem of Side — appears above the monogram XPY, serving as a magistrate's control mark. The composition is rendered in the assured Hellenistic manner typical of the Pamphylian mint of Side. |
