Obverse description Bust of Athena Parthenos facing right, wearing an elaborately decorated Attic helmet adorned with a curvilinear crest, a coiled serpent along the bowl, and a palmette at the visor. The goddess's hair falls in loose locks beneath the helmet, and she wears a delicate earring. The portrait is rendered in the refined Hellenistic style characteristic of the New Style Athenian series, with finely modeled facial features and a beaded border encircling the field.

Reverse description A standing owl faces right with head turned to face the viewer, perched atop a panathenaic amphora bearing the letter M on its body and ΣΦ below. The magistrates' names flank the central device in the field. To the right, a double cornucopia tied with fillets appears as a symbol. The entire composition is enclosed within an olive wreath, with the ethnic ΑΘΕ inscribed prominently, in keeping with the New Style coinage convention of Athens.
