Obverse description Diademed and draped bust of Attambelos VIII (attributed) facing right, with a prominent tiara-style diadem adorned with pellets along the upper arc. The effigy displays a bearded profile with stylized curling hair rendered in bold relief, characteristic of late Characenian royal portraiture. The drapery is visible at the truncation, and traces of a circumferential legend appear in the upper field. The heavily worn flan exhibits the irregular fabric typical of hammered bronze coinage from Charax Spasinou.
