| Obverse description | The entire face is enclosed within a plain dark blue rectangular border. At centre, a large interlaced royal cypher of King Haakon VII surmounted by a stylised royal crown, all applied by letterpress stamp in dark blue ink. To the left and right of the cypher, horizontal ruled panels contain handwritten serial numbers in red ink. The letters 'N.' and 'V.' appear at the outer left and right respectively. A manuscript signature in ink occupies the lower portion of the note. |
