This is a fantasy or novelty piece, not a Bank of England issued note. Churchill never appeared on a circulating Bank of England banknote during his lifetime or in the decades immediately following his death in 1965. The Bank's post-Britannia portrait series, which began featuring historical figures from the mid-1970s onward, chose Florence Nightingale, Isaac Newton, and others — Churchill was not selected for any denomination in that run.

Tim Prusmack is an American artist known for commemorative and fantasy currency work, not a Bank of England contractor.
