| Reverse lettering | Eigenhändige Unterschrift und Anschrift des Betreuten: Die Erstattung des Gegenwertes dieses Wertscheines erfolgt spätestens bis zum 30. April 1942 bei allen Zahlstellen der in der Reichsgruppe "Banken" zusammengeschlossenen Kreditinstitute (Banken, Sparkassen, Kreditgenossenschaften usw.). Soweit mehr als 100 Wertscheine abgeliefert werden, sind diese zu je 100 Stück zu bündeln. Die Zahlstellen führen die eingelösten Wertscheine bis zum 15. Mai 1942 an ihre Zentralstellen ab. Die endgültige Abrechnung mit dem Reichsbeauftragten für das Winterhilfswerk des Deutschen Volkes, Berlin SO 36, nehmen die Zentralstellen bis zum 31. Mai 1942 vor. Reichsbeauftragter für das WHW. Ich versichere, diesen Wertschein in Zahlung genommen zu haben für 1. Lebensmittel 2. Bekleidung 3. Brennstoffe 4. Miete 5.
