| 备注 |
Fraga is a small municipality in Huesca, Aragon — one of hundreds of Republican-controlled localities that improvised their own fractional currency during the Spanish Civil War after the peseta supply collapsed in 1936. The Comité Popular Antifascista filled the vacuum with locally produced emergency scrip, much of it printed or stamped on whatever card stock was available. The Gari Mon catalogue documents an extraordinary range of these issues, each one a record of a specific community's administrative improvisation under wartime conditions.
The official stamp is the sole security feature, which tells you everything about the production circumstances — no press, no engraver, no bank.
