| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents a composite vignette of six iconic European monuments arranged across the note: Berlin's Brandenburg Gate, Lisbon's Torre de Belém, Paris's Eiffel Tower, Rome's Colosseum, Barcelona's Sagrada Família, and Brussels' Manneken-Pis. A portrait of the Mona Lisa appears to the right, consistent with the standard Eurosouvenirs reverse layout. | Opmerkingen |
Eurosouvenirs are a formally authorized scheme launched by the European Central Bank in 2017, permitting licensed vendors across the eurozone to issue zero-denomination notes printed to euro banknote specifications but legally distinct from currency. Oberthur Fiduciaire produces the bulk of the series under controlled conditions, with each souvenir carrying a unique serial prefix identifying the issuing vendor and location.
The Bratislava issue entered the program well after Slovakia's 2009 euro adoption, tapping a steady tourist market around the old town.
