| 表面の説明 | The village bell tower of Saint-Tropez occupies the right foreground, rendered in fine intaglio-style vignette work, with the harbour and coastal townscape extending across the centre in a warm rose and mauve underprint. The large numeral '0' in deep violet appears to the left, accompanied by the European Union flag with year code '2024-1' beneath it, and a vertical 'EURO SOUVENIR' guilloche band runs along the left margin. The facsimile signature of R. Faille (C.E.O., UESR) is placed to the lower right alongside the serial number prefix. |

The 0 Euro souvenir note program was launched around 2015 by the UESR as a collector-oriented product sold at tourist sites across Europe. Each note is printed by Oberthur Fiduciaire to genuine Euro security specifications — proper intaglio, UV-reactive elements, a valid EURion constellation — making them technically indistinguishable in production quality from circulating currency, despite carrying no legal tender status anywhere. The Saint-Tropez issue sits in a long run of French Riviera tourism notes; the town has appeared in multiple regional variants since the program expanded its French coastal coverage.
Oberthur holds the exclusive printing contract for the series. No other security printer has produced UESR issues.
