The FEBF issues thematic runs in numbered series, with the Savethebees edition tied to pollinator decline awareness campaigns circulating through European conservation networks in 2024.
Oberthur's involvement matters here: the production quality is indistinguishable from circulating issues, which has periodically concerned regulators despite the zero denomination.
