The Zero Pound Note Company produces these as licensed novelty items with no face value and no legal tender status anywhere — they exist purely as collectibles and tourist souvenirs. What makes this series mildly interesting to a serious collector is the choice of printer: Oberthur Fiduciaire in France, a security printing house responsible for genuine circulating currency across multiple continents. The paper and print quality are consequently higher than most souvenir note producers bother with.

The single signatory, R. Faille, appears across the company's range regardless of subject — the name is a running joke, "faille" being French for "fault" or "flaw."
