Living Waters is a Christian evangelical ministry founded by Ray Comfort. The organization has produced novelty "million dollar bill" tracts since the early 2000s as a street evangelism tool — the reverse carries a religious message rather than any pretense of monetary value. These are not legal tender, not parodies of any currently issued denomination, and not illegal to produce in the United States, since no genuine million-dollar bill has ever existed. The U.S. Secret Service has no jurisdiction over denominations that were never real.
Collected primarily as ephemera. The 2014 print run updated the tract text from earlier editions.
