| Reverse description | The reverse carries a multi-line Arabic legend disposed across the central field in bold naskh script, recording the mint name and AH date of issue. The inscription reads 'Fulis struck in Tiflis, 1130' (AH), arranged in cartouche-like bands typical of Georgian-Persian copper coinage of the period. The numerals of the Hijri date 1130 appear prominently at the top of the legend. The flan edges are characteristically irregular, and the overall strike is slightly off-center, as is common for this hammered series. The copper surface displays a reddish-brown patina with areas of darker oxidation. |
