| Obverse description | Red-brown intaglio print on a guilloche underprint. A portrait vignette of King Ghazi I in military uniform occupies the right portion of the note, with an oval blank panel to the left likely intended for a watermark. Arabic inscriptions appear in a central panel at top and at centre, with the denomination in Arabic script below, and the serial number printed twice in black at upper right and lower left. |

A large oval guilloche vignette with a radiating sunburst pattern occupies the left, and a plain oval panel appears at the right.
