| 正面描述 | At center, a large dreamcatcher rendered in fine detail occupies the field, its circular hoop filled with an intricate web pattern and adorned with pendant feathers and beads hanging from its lower arc. A spiral motif appears at the base below the dreamcatcher, flanked by stylized Native American decorative symbols including sun and spiral glyphs in the left and right fields. A zigzag ornamental band extends horizontally across the middle field on either side of the central design. The curved legend arcs around the upper and lower periphery of the coin in a distinctive hand-lettered style. |

The Native American Mint operates under the authority of the Jamul Indian Village, a federally recognized Kumeyaay band in San Diego County — notably not an Ojibwe nation. These privately minted issues occupy a legal grey area: struck under tribal authority, they are not U.S. legal tender and carry no face value recognized by any government. The "½ Dollar" denomination is self-assigned marketing, a practice the NAM has applied across dozens of tribal-themed pieces with no connection to the nations depicted.
