A large double-headed eagle vignette occupies the centre of the note, flanked on either side by circular medallions bearing the denomination '1\|2 fr'. Bilingual text in French and Albanian is arranged in two columns below the eagle, with two manuscript signatures above the place name 'KORÇË', the date '1-3-1917', a serial number, and imprint lines at the foot reading 'GRAVEUR. DAVIER' and 'IMPR. A. A. VANGHELI – KORYTZA'.
