| Beschrijving keerzijde | The crowned Spanish royal coat of arms occupies the central field, flanked on either side by the denomination indication and fractional value (Go 1/2). A circular legend reading CAROLVS·III·INDIAR·REX surrounds the shield, identifying the issuing monarch as Charles III, King of the Indies. The crown surmounting the shield is rendered in the characteristic Bourbon style of the period. The design follows the standard colonial copper coinage compositional arrangement, consistent with a pattern issue of 1769. |
