Obverse description Highly stylised, abstracted head facing right in the La Tène artistic tradition. The design is rendered in flowing, curvilinear relief with a prominent almond-shaped eye depicted in high relief at the centre of the composition. The surrounding facial features are dissolved into dynamic abstract forms, including scroll-like elements representing hair or facial contours, typical of Belgic Celtic coinage derived from earlier Macedonian prototypes.

Reverse description Stylised horse prancing to the right, rendered in the characteristic abstracted Celtic manner. The horse's body is delineated with bold, simplified curvilinear lines, with a large circular pellet above and a smaller pellet or annulet near the head. Additional abstract pellets and geometric elements fill the field. The composition reflects the progressive stylisation of the Philippic stater horse motif as transmitted through Belgic Gaulish coinage.
