The central field bears the provincial coat of arms flanked by two manuscript signatures above the titles MINISTRO DE HACIENDA Y O.P. and GOBERNADOR, with the legend AL PORTADOR Y A LA VISTA. The left stub panel displays a barcode, a geometric colour-register device in red and teal, and the vertical inscription UN AUSTRAL against a multicoloured guilloche background, with SERIE C and the serial number printed in black. |
