| Obverse description | The copper-nickel centre features the Venezuelan coat of arms at left, depicting a quartered shield with a sheaf of wheat, crossed swords and flags, and a galloping white horse, surmounted by a diagonal tricolour banner with seven stars. To the right of the shield, the large numeral '1' is prominently displayed in the field. The aluminium bronze outer ring bears the circular legend 'REPUBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA' along the upper arc, eight five-pointed stars arranged along the left, the denomination 'BOLIVAR' at the base of the centre, and the date '2007' in the lower arc flanked by two dots. |
