| Obverse description | Printed in brown on a light blue guilloche underprint, the obverse carries an intaglio portrait vignette of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a crown, set within a circular frame at right. To the left, a corresponding circular vignette bears large Chinese numerals (壹分) within an intricate lathe-work pattern, with denomination numerals '1c' appearing at the lower left corner.
