| Obverse description | Printed in brown on cream paper, the obverse carries a central vignette of a town square with a tall monument surmounted by a standing figure, flanked by period buildings and ornate iron railings. A curved cartouche at the top bears the issuer's name, while the numeral "1" appears in circular medallions at the lower left and right corners within an elaborate interlaced guilloche border. A handwritten serial number is applied to the right side of the central vignette. |
