| Obverse description | The obverse is dominated by an elaborate central guilloche medallion in pastel green, blue, and pink, enclosing a square labyrinthine motif. Four corner roundels each bear the denomination numeral '1' in alternating orientations, with 'DOLLAR' inscribed on the lower two roundels. Two oval cartouches at centre left and right carry Mongolian script text, and the legend 'ONE DOLLAR' appears in Roman characters along the lower margin. |
