The Other World Kingdom was a self-declared matriarchal microstate established in 1996 on a private estate in the Czech Republic, operating under the rule of "Her Absolute Majesty" Queen Patricia I. Its entire political premise — the subjugation of men to female authority — was theatrical by design, and its currency was part of that performance. The Dom was never a medium of exchange in any practical sense; it existed as a collectible artifact sold to visitors and correspondents worldwide.

Printed in limited quantities, these notes circulated almost entirely through novelty and fetish communities rather than any local economy. Survival rate is high precisely because nobody spent them.
