| Obverse description | Red and white lithographed note with an ornate geometric border incorporating repeated lettering as an underprint. A black scroll cartouche at the top centre carries the denomination UN FRANC in large white letters, with the Arabic equivalent and the decree date rendered in both French and Arabic script above it. Two manuscript signatures below their respective title designations flank the series and note numbers at lower left and right, with bilingual counterfeiting warnings and an exchangeability clause occupying the lower half, and printer and engraver credits at the foot. |
