| Obverse description | Brown letterpress print on cream paper with an ornate border of interlaced guilloche work and radiating palm-frond rosettes at the four corners enclosing numeral "1" in circular cartouches at left and right. The denomination "UN FRANC" is printed in large bold type at center, surmounted by the title legend in a rectangular panel at top, with a salmon-pink underprint reading "CAMEROUN" across the central field. A red circular official seal of the Territoire du Cameroun with interlaced "TC" monogram appears at lower left, accompanied by the manuscript signature of the Commissaire de la République and a six-digit serial number in the lower margin. |
