| Obverse description | Right-facing draped and helmeted bust of an allegorical female figure representing Albania, her ornate helmet surmounted by a prominent crest with flowing plumes and decorated with a laurel branch. A small earring is visible at the ear, and the lower truncation bears the engraver's signatures G. ROMAGNOLI and MOTTI INC. in incuse lettering. The bicameral legend ALBANIA-SHQIPNI is inscribed vertically along the right field. The portrait is rendered in a neoclassical style characteristic of Italian medallic art of the period. |
