Beneath their feet lies the sword Andúril (Flame of the West), reforged from the shards of Narsil, with accompanying legends reading 'King Star' and 'Year One' inscribed in the lower field. Seven stars of the House of Elendil arc above the figures in the upper field, and seven Palantír stones (the Seeing Stones) are depicted in the lower exergue, all lettering rendered in Tengwar script. |
