| 备注 |
Tuzex was a state-run hard currency retail network operating in Czechoslovakia from 1957 onward, selling Western goods — electronics, alcohol, Levi's jeans — that were otherwise unobtainable through normal socialist commerce. These bony, as the vouchers were colloquially known, circulated in a legal grey zone: officially non-negotiable between private citizens, but in practice traded on an active black market at a significant premium over the official exchange rate.
By 1985, the parallel economy built around Tuzex vouchers had become an open embarrassment to the regime, which periodically redesigned them partly to disrupt black market accumulation.
