背面描述 A traditional Burmese spinning wheel rendered in fine intaglio engraving occupies the right half of the note against a multicolour guilloche underprint of green, red, and blue scrollwork. To the left, a large circular guilloche rosette frames the bold numeral "1" as the central value device. The issuer name "UNION OF BURMA BANK" runs across the top panel, with "ONE KYAT" in a decorative band along the bottom margin; corner ovals bear the numeral "1" at each angle.

备注

The Union of Burma Bank replaced the People's Bank of Burma as the central issuing authority in 1969, following a reorganization of Burma's state banking structure under Ne Win's Revolutionary Council government. This 1 Kyat belongs to the series introduced in 1972 as part of a broader effort to consolidate the currency under the new institutional identity — though the underlying monetary system, tightly controlled and increasingly disconnected from any market reality, remained unchanged.

The series is common in circulated grades; high-grade examples are harder to place, as most notes from this period saw heavy use in a cash-dependent domestic economy with limited banking access outside major urban centers.
