A spread eagle vignette occupies the upper centre, beneath which the denomination in Arabic script appears in large characters. Arabic text body fills the centre, dated 1939, with two manuscript signatures below, identified as the Director General and the President. The word 'لبنان' (Lebanon) appears in a cartouche at right, with decorative rose and pomegranate motifs in the corners. |
