背面描述	The reverse is divided into three vertical panels printed in warm ochre, blue, and green tones. The left panel shows a weathered sea captain at a ship's wheel, pipe in hand, rendered in a coloured lithographic style with the denomination 1 Mark in Gothic script at upper left. The wide central panel presents an open-sea scene with a brown-sailed fishing ketch under way, the artist's signature H. Stuntz Arch. 1921 inscribed at lower right of this panel. The right panel depicts a woman in white dress standing on coastal rocks with arms raised, denomination 1 Mark repeated at upper right; a broad banner along the bottom of all three panels bears the Gothic-script legend Nordseebad Wangeroog.
