| Beschrijving keerzijde | Printed in purple on cream paper in an identical typographic layout to the obverse, the note carries the header ASYGNATA POWIATOWA and a central oval vignette with a townscape, here overprinted with the text WYDZIAŁ POWIATOWY POWIATU GNIEŹNIEŃSKIEGO and the place and date Gniezno, 29 listopada 1919 r. accompanied by a manuscript signature. Wydział Powiatowy Powiatu Witkowskiego — the district council of Witkowo — issued this note in 1919 during the brief administrative chaos of the Greater Poland Uprising, when Polish local authorities in the Poznań region were improvising civil infrastructure faster than any central monetary authority could supply it. Dozens of Polish powiats printed their own emergency scrip that year, and Witkowo was among the smaller issuers, which keeps surviving quantities low.
These hyper-local Poznanian issues are poorly documented in standard catalogs and frequently misattributed.
