| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in black and red on a pink-tinted underprint. A large central vignette, rendered in fine intaglio, shows a classical female figure seated in a landscape with a building in the background. To the left, a smaller oval vignette portrays a young girl holding a dog; to the right, a bust portrait of a uniformed military officer.
