正面描述	Plain white note of typewritten and rubber-stamped production, bearing the heading CIRCULATING PAPER BILL at top centre, dated Sept. 24, 1943, with serial number No. 0411 at upper left and right. The central text states the promise to pay THE BEARER ON DEMAND ONE PESO in lawful currency of the Philippines, authorised by Resolution No. 33, s. 1943 of the Provincial Board. Three manuscript signatures appear at the base with their respective titles.
