| Obverse description | The Royal Arms of Libya — a crowned cartouche enclosing a crescent and stars within an ornate scrollwork frame — is positioned at the left, flanked by palm fronds and wheat ears rendered in fine intaglio line work. Arabic inscriptions occupy the upper and central fields, with the denomination stated in large Arabic script. A guilloche rosette with layered multicolour underprint in gold and blue fills the right portion of the note, alongside a handwritten signature above the Arabic title of the Governor. |
