The lower portion carries the date, the legend "FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FALKLAND ISLANDS", the title "Commissioners of Currency", and two manuscript signatures, with the printer's imprint "THOS. DE LA RUE & CO. LONDON" at the foot. |
