| Obverse description | At center, the national emblem of the Sultanate of Oman: a khanjar (curved dagger) in its sheath superimposed upon two crossed swords, rendered in color. The emblem is set within a circular field surrounded by concentric decorative bands in the colors of the Omani flag — red, white, and green — with an ornate geometric border pattern in gold.
