| Obverse description | A classical Roman temple facade with a pediment surmounted by a quadriga group occupies the central field. Within the colonnade, three figures are depicted in relief: a draped standing figure to the left, a seated central figure holding a bird and a sceptre, and an armoured standing figure to the right. The architectural entablature features decorative dentils and a row of fan motifs along the frieze. The legend NOVA · ROMA arcs along the lower field, with the denomination SESTERTIVS inscribed below in smaller lettering. |

| Reverse description | A biga driven by a charioteer is depicted in dynamic right-facing motion at the centre of the field, accompanied by a winged Victory figure extending a laurel branch. The horses are rendered in an archaic stylised manner reminiscent of Republican-era Roman coinage. The circular legend FR · APVLO · C · LAENATE · COS runs along the periphery, referencing consular nomenclature in the Roman tradition. The abbreviation SPQR appears prominently in the lower field below the central design. |
