| Descrizione del dritto | Central field features the national coat of arms of the Kyrgyz Republic, depicting a tunduk (the crown of a yurt) with rays of the rising sun above mountain peaks, flanked by wings and a white gyrfalcon (ak-shumbat) at the base, all enclosed within a wreath of wheat ears and cotton bolls. The inner legend reads КЫРГЫЗ РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ around the coat of arms. The outer legend КЫРГЫЗСТАН УЛУУ ЖИБЕК ЖОЛУНДА (meaning 'Kyrgyzstan on the Great Silk Road') arcs along the upper periphery. Decorative Kyrgyz ornamental scrollwork adorns the lower portion of the broad flat rim. The date 2008 appears in the lower exergue. |

Above the tower, a cartographic outline of Kyrgyzstan is depicted, with the Silk Road trade route marked across its territory and a small depiction of the Burana Tower indicated on the map. The denomination 1 СОМ appears to the right of the tower in the field. The inscription БУРАНА (Burana) is engraved along the lower rim. The entire design is framed by a decorative border of traditional Kyrgyz ornamental motifs. |
