At the centre, a large rosette guilloche medallion encloses the Bengali numeral '১' (one) rendered in dark intaglio against a pale green ground. The country title appears in Bengali and English along the upper margin, while the denomination in Bengali script and 'ONE TAKA' in English are placed at the lower left and lower right respectively. Corner diamond cartouches repeat the numeral '১' at each side. |
