Beschrijving keerzijde The central vignette presents the Summer Amphitheatre in Vitsiebsk, rendered in intaglio over a pink and multicolour guilloche underprint, with the distinctive arched canopy structure and tiered seating clearly articulated. Vertical bands of traditional Belarusian folk-ornament patterns flank both sides of the central design, and the serial number appears twice — in large characters at lower left and in smaller characters at upper right within the vignette border. The denomination 10 000 is printed in large red numerals along the lower edge, with ДЗЕСЯЦЬ ТЫСЯЧ РУБЛЁЎ in dark letters at the top and the anti-counterfeiting notice in small text at upper left.

Opmerkingen

Pick 30b is a transitional issue within the second Belarusian ruble series — a family of notes that had been in continuous circulation since 1992 and was chronically devalued by inflation so severe that by the time this print run was authorized, 10,000 rubles bought almost nothing. The addition of a security thread to an existing design, rather than issuing a replacement series, reflects the practical difficulty Belarus faced in overhauling currency infrastructure while managing an exchange rate in freefall.

The Republic ultimately replaced the entire series in 2016 at a redenomination rate of 10,000 old rubles to 1 new ruble — exactly this note's face value collapsed into a single coin.
