The outer ring carries inscriptions in the Abkhaz language divided by dot separators: the upper arc reads АҦСНЫ АҲӘЫНҬҚАРРА (Republic of Abkhazia) and the lower arc reads АИААИРА (Victory) flanked by the commemorative dates 1993 and 2013.
