The Philippine Commonwealth arms vignette is centred below the bank title "Philippine National Bank", with the place and date "Bacolod City Dec. 30, 1941" above and the denomination "TEN CENTAVOS" flanking the shield. The designations "SECOND ISSUE" and "EMERGENCY CIRCULATING NOTE OF 1941" appear below the arms in bold type, with the serial number "19478" printed vertically in both side margins. |
