Corner panels repeat the numeral '10' within ornamental frames, while two manuscript signatures along the lower margin are accompanied by the printed titles 'President of the Philippines' and 'Governor of the Central Bank'. The note's legal tender status is affirmed by inscriptions running across the upper and lower borders. |
