| Obverse description | Bare-headed left-facing portrait bust of King Norodom I occupying the central field, rendered in high relief with finely detailed wavy hair. The engraver's signature C. WURDEN appears incuse beneath the truncation, with the initial E. to the left. The circular legend NORODOM I ROI DU CAMBODGE runs along the upper periphery, bordered on both sides by a beaded inner rim. The date 1860 is prominently displayed at the bottom of the field below the bust. |

| Reverse description | The central device displays the Royal Arms of Cambodia: an oval shield surmounted by a multi-tiered prasat (temple tower) with radiating rays above, flanked by crossed ceremonial swords and decorative scrollwork, all encircled by a wreath of laurel. Khmer script legend surrounds the central device in the upper and lateral fields, occupying most of the border area. The Latin denomination legend DIX CENTIMES is inscribed along the lower portion of the field, with a raised dot separator on either side, all within a beaded border. |
