| Obverse description | The national arms of the Republic of the Marshall Islands occupies the central field, depicting a traditional Marshallese canoe sail, a sunburst, a frigate bird, and a fish within a divided shield. Flanking devices include palm fronds and a traditional stick chart. The circular legend REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS runs along the upper periphery, with the denomination $10 and date 1991 placed to the left and right of the arms respectively. The word SEAL appears in the lower central field beneath the arms, and the national motto JEPILPILIN KE EJUKAAN arcs along the lower border, separated by small ornamental dots.
