The denomination is set within a black cartouche at centre, with the serial number printed to the right. The text block carries the guarantee of the communal administration, the approval by deliberation of the communal council, and two manuscript signatures of the Secretary and the Burgomaster.

备注	Rumillies is a village of a few hundred people, part of the commune of Tournai. That a local administration there felt compelled to issue its own paper money in 1914 reflects how completely the German occupation disrupted Belgian financial infrastructure — banks were shuttered or stripped of reserves, and small communities were left to improvise with whatever printing resources remained accessible. The Lithographie & Cartonnage de Tournai managed to keep operating under occupation, producing emergency scrip for multiple Hainaut communes during this period. Tournai itself had been shelled and partially burned in August 1914.
